I am a qualified member and need information regarding the Continuing Professional Development Scheme?

We have a CPD easy online tool for you to use at http://www.cpdscheme.cii.co.uk or for further information regarding our Continuing Professional Development scheme or contact Customer Service on +44 (0) 20 8989 8464.

I have forgotten my username/password?

If you have forgotten either your username or password or both, you need to click on the 'forgotten password or username?' link and fill in your email address that you registered with. You will then receive an automated email with your username and password within an hour.

The email address that you enter must be the same as the one you used to register, if your email address has since changed, you will not be able to use this facility and will be required to call Customer Service +44 (0) 20 8989 8464.

I cannot change my CPD start date:

You are unable to change your start date however, you can record activities that you have undertaken up to 12 months prior to your start date.
