Visit our website at http://www.cii.co.uk/amend/ to update your details.

Why can't I change my name online?

Because we need documentary evidence to ensure our records are updated correctly and you should submit this to Customer Service.

I have got married since I registered with you, how do I change my name?

Please send in a copy of your marriage certificate to Customer Service for us to update your records.
