Our network of 26 PFS Regions opens doors and strengthens connections at a local level, while our specialist panels allow like-minded individuals and sector specialists to connect and exchange knowledge and ideas to further develop the profession.
When joining the PFS, you also become a member of one of the localised regions, giving you access to dedicated career support and personal development opportunities close to home.
Each region is run by a dedicated group of member volunteers who are essential in maintaining the future growth and professional standing of the society.
Through your region you will typically find a programme of; CPD seminars, social and business networking events, guidance on exam techniques, volunteering opportunities and much more.
Through our various specialist panels, we are working to further develop the profession. Our practitioner panel was established to encourage more personal finance professionals to embrace the use of beneficial planning tools and techniques and are thought leaders behind our PFS POWER initiative.
Our paraplanning panel play a key role in building a paraplanning community among PFS members and ensuring paraplanning interests are represented, helping to develop targeted paraplanning content in our wider CPD programme.
Through our Digital CPD Events programme, you can continue and accelerate your professional development at your own pace, and at a time that suits you.
We host a wide range of educational, topical and informative content delivered digitally to the profession. We're also facilitators of the PFS POWER initiative, created to share good practice around financial planning skills and techniques.
