Aspire Apprenticeships
What is an apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is a paid job where the employee learns and gains valuable experiences.
Alongside on-the-job training, apprentices spend at least 20% of their working hours completing classroom-based learning with a college, university or training provider which leads to a nationally recognised qualification.
Why apprenticeships?
If your business is in the insurance or personal finance sector, CII Aspire Apprenticeship programmes are designed to help you meet your specific skills challenges. We make it easier for you to attract and develop the best people.
We have partnered with a small selection of training providers to deliver a wide selection of apprenticeship programmes that provide apprentices with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to add real value to your business.
Apprenticeship standards
There is a wide range of apprenticeship standards for insurance and personal finance professionals, so there is an apprenticeship for everyone – all levels and all subjects or specialisms.
Apprentices
A career in insurance or financial planning could see you helping people and businesses to cover risks from cyber to driverless cars; or recommending financial plans to sports stars and celebrities.
Employers
If you are ready to support the individual training needs of the apprentice, then you are ready to take the first step on the Aspire programme.
