The CII will be undertaking work on our IT systems on 1-2 February and 6-7 February in order to better support our members and learners. The work will mean that during this time there may be no access or limited access to the CII/PFS websites and learners will be unable to take remote exams, access RevisionMate, or make purchases on these days. We have spoken to all those who have booked to sit an exam on these days to advise them of what action they need to take. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Chartered status is considered the gold standard of excellence and integrity. It shows the world that your experience is matched by high levels of technical competence and that you have made a public commitment to high professional standards.

Chartered professionals are among the most qualified and experienced within our sector.

Setting you apart

As a Chartered member, you differentiate yourself from your peers and become part of a prestigious group of individuals at the forefront of the profession.

Chartered members have exclusive use of the Chartered mark. Your credentials also appear in our publicly available member search portal.

Recognised and respected

Chartered elevates you in the public eye to the same standing as other Chartered professionals, such as Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Accountants and Chartered Civil Engineers.

A Chartered title shows your colleagues that you are to be taken seriously. It's a sign of competence, commitment and experience.

Stay at the top

Only members who maintain the high standards and keep their knowledge and skills up to date through CPD can enjoy Chartered year after year.

This provides clients with confidence that they are receiving advice and services backed by the latest knowledge.
